Once we receive your return parcel, after reviewing it and if everything is in order, we will immediately refund the amount as requested. This process usually takes 7-8 working days.

Gentle cycle, cold or lukewarm water (up to 30°C).
Use mild liquid detergent (avoid harsh chemicals)
No Bleach / Strong Stain Removers – these damage the mercerised finish.
Medium Heat Iron (150–160°C).
Store in a cool, dry place.
Avoid damp areas to prevent mildew.
